F.A.Q.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many Happy Campers come solo, and it’s a perfect opportunity to do a deep dive into yourself and come back as the most  version of yourself. Solo trips can be some of the most life-changing, and this is the perfect opportunity for a big self-love upgrade.

Is Happy Camp just for women?
Not at all! We’ve had men at every Happy Camp, and it’s awesome! (Katie’s dad and husband will be in Sardinia!) we welcome men into this retreat, and the ones who have come have gotten a lot out of it.

What if I’ve never been to a wellness retreat before?
Amazing, Happy Camp being your first will be an incredible experience. Don’t worry, you’ll be taken care of in this retreat, and you do not need any prior experience.

Do I have to do the yoga?
Nope! At Happy Camp you are encouraged to do exactly what you want to do. If you’d rather sleep in or go for a walk on the beach, that’s totally fine. Every retreat activity is optional, we want you to have your perfect vacation and you’re encouraged to do exactly what you feel like doing.

What is included/not included?
Included:
- Your stay at Villa Belle Etoile
- Daily maid service
- Light breakfast, brunch, snacks and dinners at the Villa all prepared by our private chef
- Wine, beer, prosecco, Aperol and other types of spritzes, medium well drinks (gin tonic, rum coke, etc) soft drinks, juices, ice teas, water (sparkling and still), coffee, tea at the villa
- All yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindset coaching, beach workouts and retreat programming
- In-villa pizza party!
-1dinner at a local restaurant in town
- Boat excursion
- Paddle boarding

Not included:
- Flights
- Airport transfer (can be added for $150 total for both ways)
- Massages/spa treatments
- Additional excursions like: wine tasting, horseback riding, shopping in town etc.

When should I arrive and depart?
We recommend arriving on the 5th in time for our group dinner at 7pm if possible, and leaving on the 12th.

Who is leading Happy Camp?
Katie Wee will be leading Happy Camp. She may also have guest facilitators.

What’s the cancellation policy, and what’s the payment structure?
The $1500 deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be due by 6/5/2026. The balance can be split up into 2 payments (on 4/5 and 6/5) or paid all at once.

Cancellation for a partial refund (amount paid minus deposit) must be done by 4/15/2026. If you are able to find someone to take your spot, the deposit can be refunded to you.

This feels like a total yes, but I’m nervous about the amount… is it worth it?
It’s hard to put a value on transformation, but you will absolutely feel like a different person by the time you leave. You will feel lighter, more free, more embodied as your highest self and empowered to manifest what you want. Think of this as an investment in yourself and your future. Your future self will be so glad you said yes!
